Terms and Conditions.Animals are dropped off and collected by the owner by appointment (in the evening unless otherwise arranged). Full payment is required 14 days prior to boarding, by cash posted through the door in an envelope addressed to Little Pets Hotel or by cheque made out to Mollie Lloyd. You can also pay using PayPal, at an extra charge of £1. Any additional charges that may be acquired after this will need to be paid in cash upon collection of the animal. A full refund will be given in the event of cancellation if notification is given more than 14 full days before the date of admission. A 50% refund will be given for cancellation after this time if notification is given at least 7 full days before admission. In the event of cancellation during the 7 days prior to boarding, all fees will be non-refundable. We never allow animals to mix with others unless they are bonded animals sharing the same accommodation. The pet owner must provide details of any special social, behavioural or dietary requirements of their pet. Ferrets must have an up to date Canine Distemper vaccine (last 12 months) and rabbits must be up to date with their Myxomatosis (last 6 months) and VHD vaccinations (last 12 months). All mammals and birds must be treated for mites, fleas and lice a maximum of 7 days before admission. A suitable spot on solution or powder is available from your vet. Although all of the following are unlikely, we do not accept any liability for illness, accidents, theft, injury or death of an animal whilst in our care. Neither do we accept liability for accidents or injury to any person on the premises. All other insurance's for the pet owner or the animal whilst visiting and boarding with the company are the responsibility of the pet owner and the company is released of any and all such liabilities. Prior to boarding, the pet owner must check all animal housing that they provide in order to ensure that they are safe and escape-proof. If an animal escapes from its housing during its stay with us, the company cannot be held responsible. If it is felt by the company that your pet needs medical attention whilst in our care, we will take them to our regular veterinary practice and any costs will be added to your bill, due for payment upon collection of your pet. The company reserves the right to take an animal to the vets without the consent of the pet owner, who will then be responsible for the veterinary costs. You must make us aware of any existing medical conditions, allergies or history of illness prior to boarding. If the animal is not collected within 7 days of the agreed collection date and the owner is not contactable, then the animal will be seen as abandoned and will become the property of the company and therefore be rehomed. Costs of this will be added to your bill. The company reserves the right to turn away any animal that does not have sufficient proof of the necessary vaccinations or appears ill, injured or infested with parasites. |
“Mollie Lloyd has looked after our Cockatoo on three occassions this year. We are very pleased with the service that Mollie provides. We now never feel guilty for leaving our bird, also named Molly. We look at it as our bird is going on holiday as well as us. The attention she receives is superb and she always comes home to greet us with a new word. Bob & Sheila, Worcestershire.
